You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use api33. Creating an account on behalf of another person, or while under the minimum age, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold exactly one api33 account. Duplicate accounts are detected during KYC verification on withdrawals and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances across those accounts without exception.
All transactions on api33 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). The minimum deposit is Rp 25.000 and the minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
All bonuses and promotions on api33 are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. api33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being claimed fraudulently.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3.1 To access api33's betting and gaming services, you must create a single registered account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
3.2 You must provide truthful information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 One account per person. Each individual may hold exactly one api33 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, api33 will close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bets, and forfeit all balances across those accounts.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your api33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. api33 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to api33 support.
3.5 You must notify api33 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. api33 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict account access pending resolution.
3.6 api33 reserves the right to decline any registration application, or to close any existing account, at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) is returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
4.1 api33 conducts identity verification checks in accordance with internationally recognized Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is approved and may be requested at any point during a Player's use of the platform.

4.5 If a Player fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being requested to do so, api33 reserves the right to close the account and return the deposited real-money balance (net of any withdrawals already made) via the original deposit method.
All deposits to api33 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are accepted: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to the Player's wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. api33 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, the Player's bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no upper withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB are processed within 5–30 minutes in the majority of cases. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day. api33 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may be longer during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Christmas.
If a deposit cannot be credited due to a technical error or payment provider failure, api33 will investigate and, where applicable, credit the amount manually within 24 hours. Players must contact support with proof of transaction (bank receipt or e-wallet screenshot) to initiate an investigation. api33 is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
6.1 api33 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-spin promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions in this clause.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 1.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
6.3 Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are listed on the promotion detail page.
6.4 Time Limits: All bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the time limit will be automatically forfeited without notice.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time: A Player may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
6.6 Abuse and Fraud: api33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account of any Player who is found to have claimed a bonus through fraudulent means, including creating duplicate accounts, providing false information, or using any form of automated betting strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
6.7 api33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited and in use.
7.1 All bets placed on api33 are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet may not be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the Player.
7.2 Sportsbook: api33's sportsbook covers pre-match and live in-play markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and international competitions. Market-specific rules (including rules governing postponed matches, abandoned games, and void bets) are published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the sportsbook rules, the sportsbook rules shall prevail in respect of betting outcomes.
7.3 Live Casino: api33's live casino tables are operated by certified third-party studios. The rules of each individual game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, live dragon tiger) are governed by the studio's published game rules, which are accessible from the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined as if the disconnection had not occurred.
7.4 Slots: All slot games offered on api33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game information panel. api33 does not control or modify the RNG outcomes of third-party slot games.
7.5 System Errors: In the event of a technical fault, software error, or communication failure that results in a bet being placed incorrectly, or that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, api33 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the corresponding stake to the Player's wallet. api33 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
7.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on api33. These limits are displayed within each game and betting market. api33 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players at its discretion, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the api33 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works based on any api33 content.
10.3 Use of api33's brand name, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any external context — including social media, third-party websites, marketing materials, or affiliate promotions — requires prior written approval from api33.
11.1 api33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 api33 uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and (where you have opted in) promotional communications. api33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
11.3 api33 may share your data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios — to the extent necessary for service delivery. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api33 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of the api33 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 api33's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 api33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. api33 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a Player during a service interruption.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits api33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 api33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the api33 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of api33 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
13.3 The current version of the Terms & Conditions, including the date of last update, is always available on this page. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which api33 is licensed to operate.
14.2 api33 operates under an international gaming license. Players acknowledge that online betting is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located, and that it is each Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the platform.
14.3 Any dispute between a Player and api33 that cannot be resolved through api33's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority under which api33 operates.
14.4 Complaints Procedure: Players who wish to submit a formal complaint must first contact api33 customer support via live chat or email. api33 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days.
